This was a really special wedding for me.  I met Cindy several years ago while playing tennis for the University of Delaware.  Cindy was my assistant coach for 3 years and while I studied photography there she was always telling people "Katie's going to shoot my wedding one day".  Although she didn't say "Katie" she said "Gigs" because apparently I laughed enough to earn that nickname.  Anyway, about a year ago I finally got the phone call from Cindy that Mark had proposed and we chose a date for her wedding.  I love shooting a wedding and running into people I know who are attending as guests.  When I know the bride and groom it adds an even deeper element and it meant so much to me that Cindy and Mark chose me to capture their special day.  Everything went beautifully, the weather was perfect, and Cindy was smiling the whole day, and I mean the whole day.  Cindy you were a beautiful bride and I was honored to be there with you!
